Initially recognized as a rare condition, uretero-arterial fistulas are increasing in incidence. In this report, we present a case of uretero-arterial fistula arising from chronic ureteral stenting followed by surgical repair. Patient presentation, clinical consider- ations, treatment approach, and complications unique to our case are discussed.
